All homes are accessible 24/7 via door code that is sent prior to arrival.
All homes require the use of stairs and are not wheel-chair accessible.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits will be fully refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to day of check-in.
Reservations cancelled within thirty (30) days of check-in will forfeit the deposit and accrue a daily balance of the base rate on the reserved homes that we cannot re-book.
Cleaning fees will not be charged.
All attempts will be made to re-book the home.
Deposit/Payments
A deposit equal to one night's stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking.
The balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the date of check-in.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: Any time after 2:00 p.m.
Check-Out: Before 10:00 a.m.
No Smoking
No smoking inside the home or outside within 50 feet of the property.
Pets
No pets please.
